In the Pink...

This saying came from the 18th century and refers to something being perfect. To me, *in the pink* describes my mood today....maybe it's knowing Valentine's Day is coming soon? It's been my favorite holiday since I was a little girl! Maybe it's that the days are growing slightly longer? I also look forward to seeing all the Valentine roses. Anyone else *in the pink?* Pretty pink pillows; Pink rose teapot set; Pink Bombay chest; Pink Rose vintage gown to drink your tea in! Pink wallpaper; Pink Rose Bug; Pink Rose lamp (I have a white one); Pink Rose Chair; Pink Rug; The way I feel!

I love pink, especially the car and the pup. How cute.

Even the pup loves pink! I saw a guy with a really pink shirt on the other day and told my co-worker that there was one man that definitely knew his own manhood! He was certainly not afraid of wearing pink. Have a really "pink" day!

I love pink - when our daughter was a baby I'd delight in the pink laundry line - little pink things waving in the breeze. There's a bit of pink, sometimes very tiny, in every room of the house.
I once had a landlady who had a mansion in Hobe Sound - all her mirrors were tinted pink and her sitting room lights had pink bulbs - she wanted all her female guests to feel pretty!

Hi Janean!

Love the pink!! My DIL is having a baby in April . . . and it's a girl! So, I have been drowning in pink, and I love it! The pink chest of drawers is so lovely - I would love to have a room where I could add all the different colors of pink in! The last picture is adorable too...;0)

small touches of
pink, but now that
I see these FAB images
of all things pink,
I'm asking myself
why??? How in the world
did you get your pup
to stay still for
that darling shot?
Beautiful.

I don't have one single pink think in my house, and yet I LOVE pink! So whenever I bake or do a project, it ALWAYS includes everythink pink. Love your photos!

You have a house full of pretty pinks. I have none. When I do Pink Saturday, I have to go out and find something in pink.

Oh, I love the pink pillows in the otherwise plain room and I adore the little flowered teapot. You must be a kindred spirit because Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday, too. Enjoy this lovely pink time.

Love, love, love the pink bug. Pink is high on my list of favorite colors. I wear it alot, but don't decorate with it. Did have a pink room in my old house for my granddaughters. Thanks for sharing "in the pink", Janean.
