I've Fallen...
...off the internet scene. Since we moved to Old Sweetwater I upgraded to the HTC EVO smartphone. It does everything and is very entertaining...provided you're in a good 3G or 4G spot. We're not. Part of our retirement Mission Statement is to live as debt-free as possible, so no cable or internet; besides the *smart* phone would provide internet. Right? Right.
Anyway, until we either get a interior amplifier or I figure out phone posting, I'll be sporatic. I'll visit my sweet bloggy firends when I can. I miss you.

I miss you too! What about the library? Would a weekly visit to the library and a half hour on their computers get you back? I hope so!
I'm sorry to hear you are in a bad reception area for your Evo. I got an Evo this past December and use it as a hot spot for my laptop internet. It works great and we live out in the middle of nowhere. Hope the Sprint service catches up with you soon!

My friend, like all your female bloggers, I will miss your postings too! Patricia Shires, a noted author, shares her experience of moving from the busy city limits to the country :D She struggled with getting an internet signal. DSL - one day she had access and the next day, well, a different story. She mentions how her neighbor, who lived across "the way”, was positioned on a hill and this neighbor had access to fast internet service. And now, they are very good friends but not just because of good access, she discovered after an invite that the two of them had so much in common. You would like her story. You will be missed Janean. I haven't been here often lately, but I could always count on something fun and interesting. I will still check in on you often hoping to see what's going on at Old Sweetwater. I understand about the retirement thing. Event though we aren't retired we cut back when we made our move in December with that in mind.
