pinky swear...

Did you ever *pinky swear?* Most popular with school aged children; it's when two people entwine their pinky fingers and make a promise to each other. Is this done all around the world?
Originally, if you broke the promise you were to cut off your pinky finger. YIKES!
I know a lot of you adore pink, so I'm taking this opportunity to show some more pink. Feel the LUV!

    Love the floral tub and the pink front door, you would have to be very brave to put a lick of that on your own front door...x

    I love you pink post, there are so many pictures and shades of pink that I like. Those pink doors are fantastic. I'd love to do that on our house but will stick to going for blue instead...

    I considered for about half a second whether I could make that work here instead of the gross orange front door I do have.

    Janean, I swannee, I don't know where you get your pictures, but I just love scrolling through them to see what you've come up with every post... Whee!
    It's fun. I do love pink, but with a house full of males, I have tried to avoid it pretty much, as they don't want too much girly pinky stuff around. ( and yes I did pinky swear!!! lol)
    I do have some pink in mind for my vision of a porch, as you may have seen recently. I love that white wicker porch photo... and love the metal bucket with the yarn. And the pink door. oo la la...AND the pink VW van..so cool...
    The doggy one takes the cake though. Found a porch swing on Craig's List yesterday for $20.00!!!!!!!!! I am picturing it painted white with PINK floral pillows... My vision is growing...(But I better get the porch soon, ya think???...lol!) Thanks I ENJOYED it! Have a great day. Hugs!

    Such pretty spaces, not sure if I could live in a pink room. As much as I like pink when I found out that I was having twin girls I decided to do their room in robins egg blue with pink floral accents (I NEED that floral tub for their room).

    Pink is such a sweet soft color. Our 5 young granddaughters are happy with anything, as long as it's pink.
    As usual, you have the neatest assortment of pinks. I'd NEVER think of a pink front door, but this one is so pretty......I pinky promise.

    I do love pink and can live in this color of all shades. I especially love the first pic of the bath... so soft looking and the fifth pic of the living room I love it especially that rug! Beautiful.

    On a Harold Lloyd movie we recently watched... they did the "pinky swear", I had never seen it before then! Too funny.....

    Hello Janean~I was so delighted to see you strolled by for a visit.
    This certainly "tickled me pink!"
    I didn't know that tidbit of information about the pinky extraction, "YIKES" is right.
    If you were to ask my hubs and sons if I liked the color pink and pink floral print fabrics they'd say "like" was a definite understatement!! I've tried to sneak it in at every decorating opportunity I can take and believe you me it was hard with team testosterone in the house.
